Each of the 43 all-purpose meeting rooms is handsomely appointed with 12-hour executive chairs to provide unsurpassed meeting comfort. If your agenda includes computer training, our PC labs are on-line and read to go. Our technology professionals are available to help with any audiovisual requirements. The podium's touch screen panel allows presenters to dim lights, start a video, and raise and lower the sound with just a touch.

The largest room, The Watson Room, accommodates varied agendas from elegant banquets to sophisticated multi-media presentations. This unique 5,082 sq. ft. multi-purpose room, with three rear-screen projectors, automatic blackout blinds and a stage, can accommodate 375 for a general session theater-style, 230 classroom-style and features its own food preparation area to service groups of up to 320 for exclusive meal functions.

Standard in all meeting rooms is IBM's computer-controlled audio visual equipment, including: rear-screen projection, 1/2" VCR, cassette and CD player, overheads and screens, rear slide projection, IBM PC's with current software and presentation capabilities, and keypad response.
